Well my mom is a Cabral my grandfather's name is manuel zarmiento Cabral although he was born in the U.S.A my great
granfather was born in Zacatecas they were from a town named Juan De Los Lagos Zacatecas. My grandfather passed away in 1984 he is buried in Ft. Bliss Texas which is part of El Paso Texas. I remember my grandfather talking about his family being brazeros in California and picking strawberries and tomatoes in Oxnard and San Fernando Valley.
My grandfather was born on 02/16/1921 in Oxnard California
to Manuel Zarmiento Cabral Sr. and Teresa Cabral. He had sisters. There names were Dolores Pinales and Antonia Cabral Ramirez. We have lived in El Paso for the last half a century. My name is Sergio Antonio Lopez Cabral. I am a former U.S. Marine. My grandfather was a navy seamen in World War 2. I hope this helps you tie it together.
