Looking to solve a research problem. My GG Grandparents were Jasper Wilson & Caroline Jarrett Garland of Cades Cove. They had 4 Wilson Children Loretta, Pheobe, David & George Grover. George Grover was my G Grandfather. I see a listing on the family tree ( www.ancestry.com) that James V. Cable's second wife was Pheobe Wilson Snodgrass. She was the daughter of Jasper & Caroline Wilson. She married a Henry Snodgrass, don't have much info. on that yet. The 1930 census has James V. Cable and his wife Phelia E. Cable. A David Wilson is living with them as their brother in law. I found a David Wilson on the 1910 census in Blount dist. 16, but can not read the wifes name. A step son & Wilson child is listed. Did a David Wilson marry a Cable? I believe this is the son of Caroline & Jasper Wilson. Has anyone come across this info. before. Thanks for any help you all can provide.
