I am not sure where you found that symbol as the "caballero coat of arms" ??????

I have not seen that version as one. I already ordered a few prints and they came like others have described it, RED shield with yellow stripe in side the shield there is a letter "F" in gold and on the red part of the shield there are 5 crosses. I ordered from 3 total different vendors and got the same symbol from each.

Let me know where you found your information that the man on the horse is the caballero coat of arms and where I might be able to see a picture of it.

Here is one example of the caballero coat of arms, it is the one on the top left corner. The ones I have ordered also match this but the are in color.
