You may want to try the California State Library. The address is 900 N Street., Room 200 Sacramento Ca. 95814. They are open M-F 9:30 A.M to 4 P.M. They have a wealth of info. They may be able to direct you in the right direction. The County seat code for Yuba is 58. "Good luck". Vicki
