I have no info on Tipton and Loyd in Yuba County.
Curious as to name as I am researching Wm. Tipton born 1828, probably Yancey Co. NC who married Talitha Loyd, born
1828 Hiawasee Co. GA. Wm. Tipton s/o of Jacob Tipton and
Elizabeth Randolph. Talitha dau. of Wm. Loyd and Elizabeth. Coincidence that the two names connected later
in Calif.
