Seeking to find information on the above. I know very little.

I know that Cecil Moore was born May 14, 1909, in Custer County, OK. She married Guy Higgins. Cecil Moore Higgins died June 20, 1982 in Yuba City, CA. I would like to know if there are any direct descendant's of this couple? I would like to know where she is buried? Also, when and where was Guy Higgins born?
