It would be nice if all questions were as easy as this.

95616 is a ZIP code. If you are from outside the US of A, it is our postal code. Small towns have one, bigger ones several and large cities may be divided into dozens of ZIP code areas. The most famous ZIP code in the world is 90210, in Beverly Hills - or at least it was, when the TV show of the same name was popular.

Davis is a pleasant University town with a large teaching hospital. It is in Yolo County. It is an easy 20 minutes west of Sacramento.

Virginia is also on

HAFFNER, VIRGINIA DEAN, 08/11/1901, WEBSTER, VANDUZER, F, CALIFORNIA, SACRAMENTO [County], <>, 09/02/1992

It looks like either Virginia lived in Sacramento but died in Davis, or the reverse. She probably died in a hospital or nursing home; her needs or health care insurance may have dictated exactly which city she was in.

I hope this answer doesn't deter some kind soul in Yolo County from looking up her obituary in the Sacramento Bee. I live in Modesto, some 100 miles south.
