COMMENCED -- The trial of John KEIGER, alias DAVIS, for the murder of MILLS, in 1850, commenced in Marysville on Tuesday last. LOCKE, a partner of the murdered man, identified the prisoner, DAVIS, as the KEIGER who committed the murder. Jessee O. GOODWIN also swears that to the best of his belief he (KEIGER) is the man who killed MILLS.
