The website is for the Sequoia Genealogical Society of Tulare County, CA and they have listed obituaries available. Your William Roby is listed as being in the "Tulare Advance Register" newspaper for March 24 & 25 of 1917. The site above has instructions on how to order the obituary, the price, the address to send your request to and other helpful information.

I just discovered this website and am sending for the obituaries of my Gr. Aunt & Uncle.
