HOMICIDE at VISALIA -- The 'Delta' gives an account of a desperate fight which took place at Visalia on Sunday night, the 16th of February, between Robert PEPARD and Edward MILLBURN. MILLBURN was intoxicated, armed himself with a pistol and slung-shot, and made an attack on PEPARD, whose head was bruised and beat in a shocking manner. At length PEPARD discharged a pistol at MILLBURN, the shot taking effect in his abdomen, and causing death the next day. The wounds on PEPARD's head are not mortal.
