Tuggle & Keagan marriage about 1869 Red Bluff, Tehama County

Searching for information on my great, great, great aunt Emmeretta "Emma" Rose Tuggle who married Gerald Keagan a tailor of Red Bluff. They were married about 1869. The couple organized the International Order of Odd Fellows and Good Templers in Tehama County. They are mentioned in the "More and Elliot History of Tehama County, Book One".

Emma Tuggle Keagan married secondly a Hellmuth Wrage of San Francisco. No children as I know were born in either marriage. Emma is buried in the Parkville Pioneer Cemetery of Shasta County. Emma's parents are William and Melinda Ferrel Tuggle.
