Has you and your brother, without any first names:

HAMMONS 04/04/1968 MALE LEMMONS STANISLAUS
HAMMONS 11/19/1964 MALE LEMMONS STANISLAUS

It wasn't clear from your post which name your mother had when she gave birth to you. the 1964 County Directory (It is like a city guide) has a Colleen, Elieen and Daisy Lemmons listed, and a Dale and Mary Hammons. It says Dale is a lady. The city guides list only adults, and only if they fill out a form or have a telephone. There are three Lemmons families and three Hammons families, it looks like.

I'd be happy to copy the listing for one or both surnames for you if you think it would help.
