I found two probables and a possible from RootsWeb's California Deaths data base at

All three have last name ROGERS, Mother's maiden name Allen, birth place Texas, sex M. The columns line up in some fonts:

One from the same place that may be a mistake on my part or the part of the person who gave the data for the death certificate:

WOODS ADA ROGERS, b 10/10/1895, Mother's maiden name "WILLIAMS"???,
Father's last name ROGERS, sex F, birth place (OTHER), died in SAN MATEO county on 02/20/1985, SSN 147-14-9530.

I can try for the 1928 obit if you don't have it. Let me know.
