I remember McPheeters Hospital, it was torn down about 1950, much of its equipment, linens etc. were used by Memorial Hospital near Ceres, California. This hospital was more or less replaced by Memorial Hospital, Modesto. The Gould medical group has been in the area since the 1920's.
