Hi Judy, thank you for the info. As far as I can tell, this is what I have found also. But thank you so much for all the work you did.

Harriet was NOT their daughter. I am not sure who Harriet's parents were. She is on the 1850 Sacramento Co., Ca., census with John and Matilda Rhoads. Matilda is said to have been a sister to John and Mathew Fannin. But I have not found any documents to prove this either.

Harriet has siblings on there also and their surname is Fan. It is possible that these Fan children were Matilda's sister. But that involves a whole lot of speculation. We have found out nothing about Harriet's parents. I know they did not come on the same wagon train as Robert and these Rhoads. Since Harriet was not born till about 1849. Robert and the Rhoads came in 1846. I can't find them on any wagon train. Nor who I have thought might be her parents. Just nothing on them, till this 1850 census. Then Harriet is not in the 1852 census. I think O.H.P. Fan is the only one that I have found in the 1852 census of these Fan children.

The more I looked for info on this family, the more problems I ran into.

Again, Thank you for your help...
