I also think I found William Graham's death. There was a William Hugard Graham that died in Napa County on 3 February 1940. He was born in Canada on 14 February 1850. I was clearly able to read in the 1900 Census that William was born in February. The year of 1850 matches what I had found his age to be in the 1887 Washington State Census. I think this is your guy! I didn't find this earlier because I had assumed that William died before 1930. I couldn't find him or Emilie (who I'm sure died in 1937) in the 1930 Census- yet!
