While I don't live in Siskiyou County, I'll be visiting there next weekend and my plan was to get to the library on Saturday afternoon to do some newspaper obit lookups for myself. If I get a chance I'll if I can find something for you on Dugan in 1936. I don't see the obit listed in the obit index (I photocopied the whole thing one time), but it's likely to be in one of the local newspapers anyway. I did see there's an obit for an Eliza Strickland Dugan in Yreka Journal date 9/09/1909. Would this be one of yours? If I find something I'll try to get back to you later on. IF someone gets to you with the info before next weekend (Nov 7-10), let me know. Joanne
