Searching for information on the John James Stevenson pioneer family. The family came from Iowa to Shasta County in 1880. I have have not been able to trace the family on the 1890 census but have them living at Anderson in 1900.
John James Stevenson aka STEPHENSON married Jane Isabenda Moore. They had the following children:
Wisa E. Stevenson b. 1847 married Rachael A. Burkhead b. 1853.
William Scott Stevenson b. 1851 married Mary E. Fitch b. 1853.
Willard E. Stevenson b. 1857 married Nina C. Dexker b. 1862
Jay W. Stevenson b. 1859 married Mary E. Roberts b. 1858
Vint Wayne Stevenson b. 1867 married Laura Maud Cross b. 1864
I descend through John James Stevenson's son William Scott Stevenson. Any help is appreciated thanks. Would love to swap information with anyone related or has knowledge of this family.
