Thank you for your response. There was indeed a Rowe family living in Watsonville. That is the area that William Rowe (As well as my Casaday relatives) settled in the early 1860's. In fact they were some of the earliest settlers of the area. I have the info on the family once William settled in Calif but I was hoping to connect with another Rowe researcher who might have info about William while he was still in England. Thanks anyway.
