Robert, Thank you for your response! I have three George's in my family tree. One born in 1829, died at 8 months. One born in 1828, in England, was a farmer in Ill. in 1850 census, and a George C. Jenks born in 1846 in Ill. My ancestors, so far have come from the states. Mainly from VT, MASS, and ILL. My grandfather may have been born in Santa Cruz Co because his brother was born in Boulder Creek. Thank you again Robert! Blayne Jenks
