William PAGE family - 1870 and CUMMINS-WALTER

Is anyone familiar with the family of William PAGE who shows up in Santa Cruz County, in the town of Santa Cruz, in 1870 along with family: Anna R.,(wife), Charles O., Bertha, Willi, William West, a worker, and Cumming, Anna H.

I'm not sure how long the family was in this county as by 1880 they were in Marion County, Oregon.

I believe Anna H. CUMMING to be Hester A. CUMMINS who was married to D.P. WALTER(S) in Santa Cruz in September of 1870. I've had a lookup for this marriage in this county, but none could be located. I'd sure like to find this marriage.
