My g grandmother's brother through adoption, George Clarince Stiffler, mmn Lair, b. 10/5/1861 IN, d. 2/6/1946 Santa Clara,
CA, married a Carrie A. Ennis, mmn Cavanaugh, b. 10/16/1861 IL, d. 6/29/1948 Santa Clara, CA. The Stifflers went west to
California in the 1880s on the Stevens Wagon Train (Stevens as in Stevens creek Park).
They had one child, Alice Lair Stiffler, b.5/3/1901 Santa Clara CA, d. 11/14/1980 Santa Clara CA, a spinster.
Any information on related Stifflers would be appreciated.
