searching for a cousin in Santa Barbara CA.

I am searching for my cousin Thomas Edward Saunders , born in the mid 1940's in Illinois, and has resided in the Santa Barbara area for many years. His parents were Thomas A, and Edna Saunders of Knox, Indiana . They are both now deceased. I am not sure if Tom is still alive, but would like to correspond with him , and ask some questions concerning genealogy if so.
Tom is the father of twin sons, and had a son before the twins.I believe the twins names were Thom and Ted .
Any help would be deeply appreciated .
