Looking for information on Jose Antonio Romero, son of Francisca Dominguez and Jose Romero of San Louis Obispo, California.
Jose Antonio died on Feb 17, 1923. His Obituary was published on Feb 20th 1923 in the SLO Tribune on Page 4, Col # 1. His Civil War Volunteer Enlistment has him at age 20 years on the 25th of July 1864. Signed by his Captain Antonio Marie de la Guerra, Capt. of Company C. First Battalion of the Native California Cavalry. (Santa Barbara Company C)
