California Death records lists:

Alice Anna Truesdale born: 1-15-1877(outside of USA)and died: 10-9-1943 in San Luis Obispo Co. SS# 551-14-3682
mother's maiden: FOREMAN, father: WOEBCKEN. (different spelling than what you have, also middle name is different)

I checked California birth records at: www.vitalsearch-ca.com I looked for children of Truesdale in San Luis Obispo
I found 3 and all have the mother's name spelled different.

Harold W. Truesdale born: 4-21-1906 in SLO,mother: WOBCKEN.
Ellen Truesdale born: 5-30-1911 in SLO, mother: WABCKEN.
Bobbie Truesdale born: 6-14-1914 in SLO, mother: WOEBCKEN.
