Hi,
This is what I found.
A Jose Antonio Romero
Born=abt. 1846, Santa Barbara Co.

Francisca Romero, b. Upper California, 4.

In 1910 A Josse A. Romero was living in Pozo, San Luis Obispo, CA.
Josse A. Romero, head, b. CA, 62, single, stock farmer.

In 1920 he was living in Pozo but still listed as single with no wife.

A Jose A. Romero
Service=Pvt. US Army Civil War
Buried=Old Mission Catholic Cemetery, 9 Higuera St., San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.
Source=U.S. Veterans grave sites abt. 1775-2006.

The assessor or tax office in San Luis Obispo Co. should have land records. I couldn't find either office on their web site, slocounty.ca.gov/ , but maybe you have better eyes.

There is a public records volunteer who might be able to help at raogk.org

Scroll down to San Luis Obispo and choose one volunteer.

Do you have a copy of his obituary? There's an obituary volunteer at the same web site.

I didn't find anything for a Dominga Romero on Ancestry and FamilySearch. Successful Searching!
