Hi,

Stockton library (Chavez) no longer does obit look ups but refer all of them to San Joaquin Genealocial Society).

If you really really want your obit, go to

http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~sjgs/

(that is the website for San Joaquin Genealogical Society) and then up on one of the tabs is Queries. Click on that and find the link for "Melinda" Go there and ask for your obit look up.

Melinda (and husband Charlie) are the perfect ones to do that. For a minimum fee they will get you the obit if it is in the Stockton newspaper. Melinda and Charlie always go that extra step in their searching for others.
