Hi Donald,

Many thank yous. I did not know about Wilson Way.

I have news for you. I was driving to Caltrans District 10 office this morning, located on East Charter Way, Stockton. East Charter Way is now called East Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.!! Yikes, cannot keep up with the changes.
