California Voter Registration records for 1908-1910 list my gr-grandfather, Charles Henry Langlin, age 39, shoemaker, address: State Hospital. This was a record from Stockton, Fourth Precinct, Fourth Ward. Does anyone know what this State Hospital was and if it is possible to find the records of patients or employees from that time period? Any help appreciated!
