See you've gotten no "hard" responses to date, so offer some ideas about "soft" ones. You didn't indicate your source of data posted on Ona, but assume it was CADI.
SSN (from CADI) in SSDI indicates her "last residence" was Manteca. This being the case, an indication of possible relative in that area (or nursing home). Also possible place of burial. Checking cemeteries, looks like Boy Scouts in Manteca area have done great job of documenting local cemeteries. Unfortunately, no indication of Izard burial. Data for other San Joaquin county cemetery candidates variable, but could not find surname in those that are searchable. No on-line data available that I know of on burials at Rural Cemetery, the largest cemetery in the county. Have visited and they do have pretty good paper records. If you're not local, you might see if you can get someone who is to do some records search for you.
CADI indicates 3 male Izard's with San Joaquin county PoD's; James William, Ralph F, and William Edward. All have same mother maiden of Crowley and were born in IL over about a 4 year span. My take is they are brothers; note also their SSN's are within three digits of each other so odds are pretty good that they all went to the SS office at the same time. DoB's for all three would fit with Ona's as far as marriagable age; All DoD's in Stockton prior to Ona's in Manteca, so might be another indicator of relative in Manteca.
Could find no logical hits in CADI, but could be because any children are still alive or are not in the CADI 1940-1997 window.
