Tracy, CA Schools and m. Lookup, ca 1920s

Leila Rose SHOLIN (her married name) lived in Tracy about 1924. The San Joaquin Towns Directory for 1925 also lists her as a teacher at "the high school," presumably Tracy High. She was married to Eskel SHOLIN for a time. The 1925 City Directory for Tracy shows him as a carpenter. They were married around 1924, but seem to have gone their separate ways shortly thereafter. He was not in Tracy for very long, and I do not know what happened to her. Family tradition remembers her simply as "Rose," though she may have used the name, "Leila," in her professional life.

I would like to know more about her. What did she teach? How long did she work for the local schools? Did she stay in Tracy and marry someone else?

Any help will be very much appreciated.
