Grace Alvina Sampey was born in Illinois in 1875. For many years she was listed in her families obituaries as Mrs. T. C. Scott of French Camp, California (late 1930s to early 1940s).
However, she died as Grace Gillam in Oakland, Alameda County, California. Her death certificates stated that she was only six months in Oakland. I believe she went to Oakland to stay with her niece, Nona Kelly.
Questions: Who is T. C. Scott and what are the dates of his birth, marriage and death.
Who was Mr. Gillam?
Were their any children of either marriage (I suspect not)?
