Searching for descendants of Jeremiah M BOHANNON and wife Mary Adeline Sellars Bohannon who traveled by wagon train ca 1850 from Sevier CO TN (with a sojourn in Mercer CO MO) and settled near Stockton CA. Some records mention a Weber Grant Ranch which may have been their residence. I have their children as Lydia b 1850 MO; Eliza Jane b 1851 MO; Mary LaBonta b 1851 Wyoming Territory, m Thiel; William C b 1856 CA; David Eugene b 1856 CA; Jeremiah "George" b 1860 CA; Henry Jefferson b 1862 CA; Robert L b 1864 CA; Emma b 1865 CA; Price b 1867 CA; Gerald "Lee" b 1868 CA; Travis b 1868 CA; Hattie Belle b 1870 CA; Jean b? CA; Neil b ? CA; Cornelius b 1875 CA. Surely from 16 children someone must remain. I have Cornelius as b Chico CA but all other California-born children as b Stockton. Jeremiah b 1826 TN d 1878 Los Angeles CA; Mary Adeline b 1834 TN d 1920 Coronado CA. I am researching Gerald LaMoyne Bohannon, called "Lee", who was a minister (don't know denomination) and left California for Illinois before 1905. Please contact direct
