How does one obtain an obituary for the Lodi area, 1945 time frame?

Would like to obtain a local obituary for an ancestor but do not know how to go about obtaining it. Maybe a local society? Maybe a library? Maybe a researcher?

Annie L. (SIMCOE) HOOK
Born: 1854 in Missouri.
Died: 8 December 1945 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Stockton.
Lived: Rural area in and around Lodi.
Buried: 11 December 1945 in Lodi Cemetery.
One known son: Ovid H. Hook (now deceased 1968)
