Hi

I was born and raised in Stockton....just a few miles from Waterloo. In fact, I lived in Waterloo when I was an infant. I drive through Waterloo. I'm terribly sorry but there is no Veteran's Hospital in Waterloo..the Waterloo that is located just northeast of Stockton. To give you an idea how big Waterloo was...by 1908...there were only nine buildings in the town.
