Thank you also:
I am gradually getting my paperwork together.
William Henry as I said, was a brother to my GG Grandfather John (Irwin) Green Lyons.
Two people have contacted me regarding John, and he is written up in a book called The River Pioneers, Wa. state, and also in "Headquarters in the Brush, about his Civil War service as a scout".
So wonderful to know these books existed.and those people who were kind enough to tell me.

When the brothers were very young, they left their homes in Washington Co., Pa.
All of the sibblings show in the family manuscript that they were from Washington Co., but no town.
I now, through a genealogist in that area, have been able to find 1810 through 1860 census.
I am extremely sorry for discussing Robert E. Lee,
but extensive research proves he is not an ancestor.
William Henry would have been my GGG Uncle.
Apparently when all of the brothers left home, they did not or rarely ever contacted each other.
The men had a sister Mary Reddick Lyons Pyle(s) who had a son, which is written up in the "History of Orange County. His name was Joshua Pyles.
Thank you so much for responding.
If and when I get my application in order, I will be proud to let you know.
