O'Farrell survey of 1847

Are there surviving records of the Survey of San Francisco done by Jasper O'Farrell for the sale of lots in 1847, or the record of who bought those lots?

My 3Ggrandfather arrived in San Francisco in Dec 1846, (a son died there 21 Dec 1847) and was listed by H.H. Bancroft in The History of California Vol. XXII, as a lot owner. I am hoping to find a record of what lot he owned either before the Survey of 1847 or after.

Your advice is appreciated.
