In 1910 Melvin was living in Chicago Ward 27, Cook Co., IL.
Matilda Bleick, head household, single, b. IL, 49, working out b_____.
John Bleick, nephew, b. IL, 19, single, nephew, ruler paper factory.
Melvin Gillette, boarder, b. IL, 17, stock clerk clothing.

In 1915 Melvin was living in Des Moines, Polk Co., IA.
