The Chula Vista Genealogical Society (CVGS) has created a genealogy blog called the Chula Vista Genealogy Cafe. It is at .

The purpose of the blog is to inform CVGS members, and all genealogy researchers in the San Diego area, of CVGS programs, meetings, classes, and events. There are also posts about San Diego area repositories, genealogy research tips, and genealogy news about web sites, databases and blogs.

CVGS also has a web site at with program information, recent newsletters, a surname/ahnentafel list, useful articles and genealogy links.

Please come visit both the Genealogy Cafe and the CVGS web site.

Thanks -- Randy Seaver, CVGS President 2007-8.
