1930 census look-up request

If someone with access could please check the 1930 census in San Diego Co for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am looking for a William Russell or Russell William Hall. He would have been in his early 30s, and would probably have been married, possibly with family.

Harder, and above and beyond the call of duty.... His sister, Camma Evelyn Hall. She was probably married, but Camma is a fairly unusual name. She would have been in her late 20s. No miracles expected here.
