Hello Judy,
Mom Died May 28, 1992 Grossmont Hospital of Breast Cancer.
Her Residence prior to Death/Hospital was El Cajon, CA. Not Sure What City the Hospital was at But I believe both Residence and Hospital Was in San Diego County. She was Cremated so no burial will be shown yet. I recently recieved her ashes (Long Story).
Her name at time of Death was Gloria Jean Smith. Her eyes were donated at Grossmont Hospital right after her death but I don't remember the name of the Place that recieved the gift of sight to two different individuals.
Surely their should be a death record at that hospital. I thought the hospital Gossmont was San Diego, San Diego County, CA. She was born July 24, 1941 in Illinois. Maiden name Stone.
Some where I do have a Social Security Number for her. Today is just not a good time for me to Look at it. It is my Birthday.
