Looking for a Thomas"TOM"Powers,please.

My mom and dad (Ray LaMoyne and Marie Gourley) of Fowlkes(Dyersburg, dyer Co.) Tennessee had a friend by the name of Tom Powers. My dad and he knew each other in the Air Force. Tom has worked for a few limousine companies(driving them himself, I believe). They have not heard from him in a year or two. He lives mostly in San Diego area and has lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, And for a time in San Antonio, Texas. I am trying to find out where he is??? He usually contacts my parents by card or phone either Christmas or New Years and it has totally stopped. I have checked Social Security Death Index(No proof he has died). Has anyone heard of this man, have a limo company name or phone number,??? ANYTHING APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!I hope someone knows Tom Powers and can email me . THANKS!!!!
