I would be most grateful for a source to get a copy of my cousin's obituary. Thankyou! Kathye [Payne] Upham
Wildon Joseph Seber born 08 May 1928 in Texas - died 22 Jul 1966 in San Diego. He died before his father so he was not mentioned in his father Wildon George Seber's obituary (transcribed below):
"Funeral for Bill Seber, 85, of 3007 Jones was held Thursday noon in Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. M. A. Ervin, pastor, officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery. Mr. Seber died Tuesday, May 17, 1988 in Medical Center Hospital. Born July 16, 1902, in Waller County, (Texas) he was the son of Joseph Wildon and Janie Lula Lyons Seber. He was a farmer, lived most of his life in Nacogdoches County, (Texas) and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Mr. Seber and Violet Gregston were married Feb 14, 1941, and she survives him. "Also surviving are two step-sons, Harley Kirkley and Charley Kirkley of Nacogdoches; three daughters, Rita Campbell and Sharon Dodd of Nacogdoches, and Marie Moran of Fort Worth; a brother Durwood Seber of Breckenridge; a sister, Gracie Zajicek of Rogers; 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Pallbearers were Richard Woodard, Jim Campbell, Carroll Dodd, Robert Harkness, James Harkness, Joey Veasey, Michael Moran Sr., and Michael Moran, Jr. Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors were in charge of arrangements."
