Thank you so much for that info. I had a very kind man offer to get a copy of his death cert in San Diego Co Records and he mailed it to me as well.
There are many 'gen angels' amongst us.

Now on to get his wife's records verified. She died in Mesa AZ years later and her body was shipped to Oceanside, but she was buried in a newer cemetery there, as other was not open to any more burials at that time.
I am trying to find name of other cemetery in Ocenside that she may be in then.
