Herman M. Fritz, 86, a retired cigar company executive of 3511 28th St, died yesterday at his home.
A resident of SD for 66 years, he was with Sensenbrenner and Sons for 25 years and was a charter member of the American Turners. His wife and two daugters survive.

I also see stories in that in the early years he owned the Golden Lion tavern. He also owned People's Hall, Fourth and F, where he served food and liquor and had a phonograph machine. (Back in 1897)
