Caroline Hermens (madien name Moreno)

Looking for information about Caroline Moreno (b: 14 Jun 1891 d: 27 May 1953) whose was married to John Hermens (b:
29 May 1882 d: 28 Mar 1979). All I have found regarding her was that she and her brother Robert were adopted by and
lived with the family of Edward and Margaret S. Peters (from the 1910 census) in San Luis Rey Township, San Diego
county, California. Caroline and her brother are listed as having been born in California but their parents were
both from Mexico. Of course, Caroline and Robert were Mexican. I also found them in the 1920 census and my dad,
John Howard Hermens, Sr., was living with them in Oceanside, San Diego county, California.
