I just happened to run across your query while doing some SB County research. The only potter's field I know in SB County, and there may be others, is located on Waterman Avenue just north of Mt. View Cemetery on the corner of Waterman and Highland Avenues. It is now surrounded by a green fence, but used to be open dirt ground. At any rate, the Mt. View office should be able to give you more info.
