Hi Russell,
Sometimes the burial site is on the obituary and more likely it will be on her death certificate.

You can search the California Digital Newspaper Collection, http://cdnc.ucr.edu/cdnc/ . Scroll down to the Sacramento Daily Union.

There are two Sacramento County obituary volunteers at freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~obitl/volca.html
Scroll down to Sacramento Co. but only choose ONE volunteer at a time.

The Internal Services Agency County Clerk/Recorder, http://www.ccr.saccounty.net/ has copies of death certificates for a fee. They are restrictive about who they will release a certified copy too. Ask them about a non-certified copy and what they delete out (redact) of the record. Successful Searching!
