Would like to try to understand why a young widow with two young children would leave friends and family to travel to Sacramento, Ca. from Gonzales,Tx. I have Carrie R. Parker that did this and married bef. 1920 to Arthur B. Call. Any thoughts?? Just seems like a drastic change. Barbara
