KILLED -- A Chilean named A.J. HERMOSILLO, a teacher of the Spanish language in Sacramento, was shot dead Tuesday last by George JURNEY, in the vicinity of A and Thirteenth streets, in that city. JURNEY is the owner of a ranch on the river, not far from Rio Vista, where he has been engaged during the past Spring, while his wife, to whom he was married a year and a half since, visited her parents in this city. It is alleged that while thus absent from her, HERMOSILLO trespassed upon his marital rights, for which JURNEY deliberately shot him as related.
